If anyone's looking for a reliable, professional and friendly plumber just call freeflo plumbing and gas. Actually i got three quotes for my job..freeflo was the best. They advise honestly, quote was very generous, came on time..complete job very professionally. Best thing is not hard for your pocket. Next time i don't waste my time for taking too many quotes..will call direct to them as they really nice people. Thankyou freeflo.
I had a burst pipe and Freeflo responded immediately. They were able to provide repair straight away but suggested I contact my insurer as there would likely be other damage. Job turned into a basket case with the insurer being slow to respond and not allowing me to repair the leak. I had to call out Freeflo a number if times, I really messed them about but Carl and the team stuck with me and always provided prompt expert service so I can't recommend them enough, they did an excellent job.

Are you really available 24 hours?
Yes. A licensed plumber answers the phone, day or night, every day of the year. After-hours callout rates are quoted to you on the call before anyone is dispatched.
How does pricing work?
We quote a fixed price for the job and you approve it before any work starts. There is no hourly meter running and nothing appears on the invoice that you did not agree to.
Which suburbs do you cover?
The full Perth metropolitan area. We're based in Forrestdale, so our fastest response is through the south-east corridor around Armadale and Kelmscott. Rockingham and Mandurah on request.
Are you licensed for gas work?
Yes — gas fitting licence GF 016815, alongside plumbing licence PL 09620 and roofing licence BF 7186. We're also members of the Master Plumbers & Gasfitters Association of WA. Every gas job leaves with its compliance certificate.
Do you handle insurance work?
We provide written reports and photographs suitable for an insurance claim, including CCTV footage where a drain or pipe is involved.
